Not sure what you did, but all you have to do is unzip the release downloaded from github, and drag and drop your ISO over the extractor.exe When you want to try the other pack, just delete the 'texture_replacements' folder you placed into "out/data" and drag the other 'texture_replacements" folder there, then drag ISO over extractor.exe again. When it's done, start the game, and enjoy HD textures. Then drag the ISO over the extractor.exe and wait (you have to do this even if you already did it before). Two different HD Texture Packs are already released! One has manually redrawn textures which look really nice, and the other uses ESRGAN AI upscaled textures with some manual tweaks - it also looks nice, but the grass looks noticeably better in the manually created texture pack, and overal the AI upscaled one does simply have that "AI" look on some textures.
